Do I need to change my Stripe billing setup?
No. Retriq connects to the Stripe account you already have and works alongside your existing Stripe Billing configuration. Your subscriptions, invoices and prices stay exactly as they are.
Can Retriq charge my customers?
No. Retriq connects with read-only access. It can read the billing data a recovery needs, but it cannot charge a card or change your Stripe configuration. Stripe keeps ownership of every payment attempt, and Retriq works around its retry schedule rather than against it.
